 Minimum 5 years experience in the structural drafting or large scale projects. 
 Strong organizational skills 
 Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project. 
 Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged. 
 Highly skilled in the following software: 
  •  AutoCAD 
  •  Revit (not required but desirable) 
  •  Excel (not required but desirable)

Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design and detailing of large scale projects Strong organization and management skills Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged. Skills in the use of the following software are highly encouraged:
  • AutoCAD
  • ETABS
  • SAFE
  • PCAcol, PCAslab, (etc)
  • Enercalc
  • Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum 5 years experience in BIM modeling of large scale projects in Revit. Strong organizational skills Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project. Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged. Highly skilled in the following software:
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Excel (not required but desirable)

Minimum 10 years experience inspecting construction of large scale structures. Strong organizational skills. Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in on-site coordination with other trades involved in a project and on-the-spot conflict resolution. Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
